New House

For a few months now Chris was going to join the National Guard so that they would pay for school. We had every intention of going until last week. It has been put off for months now for some reason or another and we finally just decided that it wasn't the right thing to do. Well on that same day a lady that works for Chris's dad is also a realitor and had some houses to show us. We found a short sale that we absolutely love. It is a townhome/ duplex thing, they are very nice. The house was built in 2005 so it is basically new. There have been renters living in it, but it was still looks pretty new on the inside. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is around 1200 sq. ft. It will be perfect for our little family. We got it at one heck of a deal too. Our offer was accepted today, so hopefully we will be able to move in by the end of November. We are going for a walk through on wednesday so I will bring my camera and take some pictures to post on here. :)
